Shipping Information
All transactions are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars. We accept both Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. We can also accept Money Orders and Direct Deposit payments in Australia. Simply choose your preferred option while going through the checkout and follow the instructions. All credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption.
All purchases are despatched by HommeMystere the day of order or day following your transaction at the very latest (depending on the time of day you order). Please note that for your privacy, no information relating to HommeMystere appears on the packaging.
All garments are sent via Australia Post. Australia Post advise delivery times are 1 to 3 business days after despatch in Australia and 3 to 10 days outside Australia. Most of our clients in Australia receiving their garments within 2 business days. The garment will be delivered by the postal service in your country - eg In the United States, UPS will make the delivery.

Postage is FREE.
Orders under $150 are sent by regular mail. Orders over $150 are sent Registed Post.
International Orders to the United States, Canada, Europe, UK etc
Postage is $10.00 per order.
Orders up to the value of AUD$150 are sent via standard airmail. Orders valued at over AUD$150 are sent via Registered Post airmail.
Returns/Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply let us know and we will refund your payment asap.
If you are not happy with the sizing of your garment, we will replace your garment (provided we have stock) at no charge, with the correct size. Otherwise, we will refund your payment.
As our garments are made up of very soft stretch satin they will wear according to how often they are worn. With care and attention we expect these garments to last a very long time. However, they should be treated similarly to how a woman treats her own lingerie. Use a lingerie bag for washing or better still - hand wash your lingerie!
Most importantly, we want you to enjoy your lingerie so if there is any issue whatsoever, please let us know so we can help you as soon as possible.
