Shipping Information
All transactions are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars. We accept both Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. We can also accept Money Orders and Direct Deposit payments in Australia. Simply choose your preferred option while going through the checkout and follow the instructions. Please contact us here for more information if you require any assistance.
All credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption.
All purchases are despatched by HommeMystere the day following your transaction.
All garments are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail meaning the receiver must sign for receipt of the goods. Australia Post advise delivery times are 1 to 3 business days after despatch in Australia and 3 to 10 days outside Australia. Most of our clients in Australia receiving their garments within 2 business days.
If you have not received your garment within 5 business days of despatch in Australia or 12 business days for international customers, please contact us.
Fraudulant Transactions
Unfortunately there are unscruplulous people that steal credit card information from others and attempt to profit.
Please note that transactions originating from Indonesia, Russia, Phillipines and other selected countries will be checked specifically checked for legality prior to acceptance. Transactions deemed as high risk or wherever the customer cannot confirm details when asked will be refunded and referred to relevant authorities.
Cost
Free postage in Australia.
Postage costs are $10.00 per order for international customers.
Returns/Refunds
It is important that you choose your garment carefully prior to purchase. Due to the nature of our products and Health and Safety regulations, it is not possible for us to accept the return of worn garments
However, if your purchase is found to have a manufacturers fault and you have not worn the garment we will accept the return for inspection and refund your payment. We suggest you return the garment to us via registered post and retain a copy of the sending information for tracking purposes. Please note you will be liable for postage costs for anthything other than faulty garments.
If you choose an item that we have to order from an outside supplier, we cannot refund your money once the order has been placed. Please check availability before placing your order by checking the details of the garment or emailing direct to info@hommemystere.com.au
Our aim is to ensure you are happy with your purchase and we will do everything possible to address any issues you may have! Please contact us prior to returning your garment.
Exchange
Products will only be exchanged due to manufacturer's faults once we receive the original garment for inspection. Please contact us before returning your garment.
As our garments are made up of very soft stretch satin they will wear according to how often they are worn. With care and attention we expect these garments to last a very long time. However, they should be treated similarly to how a woman treats her own lingerie.
